FrontRange IP Contact Centre is an advanced business telephone system. It is the backbone of the FrontRange Communication Management range, which includes IPCC. IP Contact Centre has been designed from the ground up to deliver a complete, all-in-one management solution. The IP Office Suite softswitch function enables access to traditional phone services and internet-based network services from one system running on a single Microsoft Windows server.
